Where should I place the device?
The HaloTherapyPRO should only be used in a dedicated, sealed space — a pop-up privacy tent or a room set aside specifically for salt therapy. Do not run it in an open bedroom, living room, or any general living area, as the micronized salt particles will disperse and settle on furniture, electronics, and surfaces throughout the room. Once you're in the right space, place the device anywhere convenient, keep all doors and windows closed, and let the salt particles fill the entire environment.
What is the warranty and what does it cover?
The HaloTherapyPRO comes with a 1-year comprehensive manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Damage caused by moisture exposure or misuse is not covered. If you have a warranty claim, contact us directly and we'll make it right.
What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of our products and for health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returns once an order has shipped. This policy helps ensure that every customer receives a brand-new, unused HaloTherapyPRO product. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
