Welcome to HaloTherapyPRO®. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of HaloTherapyPRO.com and to purchases and use of HaloTherapyPRO® products. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing or using a HaloTherapyPRO® product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Product Use

HaloTherapyPRO® halogenerators are designed to grind and disperse salt intended for halogenerator operation into enclosed dry salt therapy environments.

All products must be used in accordance with the setup, operating, cleaning, maintenance, and safety instructions provided by HaloTherapyPRO.

Do not remove the salt cover while the unit is powered on.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the product is properly operated and maintained and that the environment in which it is used is appropriate for the product.

2. Operating Environment

HaloTherapyPRO® halogenerators are designed for use in dry, climate-controlled environments.

Do not operate a HaloTherapyPRO® halogenerator in a room with relative humidity above 55% or a room temperature above 100°F (37.8°C).

The unit must be protected from water, steam, condensation, excessive moisture, and other environmental conditions that could damage its electrical or mechanical components. Damage caused by use in unsuitable environmental conditions is considered improper use and is not covered by the warranty.

3. Salt Requirements

Use only salt specifically intended for halogenerator operation and recommended by HaloTherapyPRO. Do not use ordinary table salt, iodized salt, wet salt, salt containing inappropriate additives, or other materials not intended for halogenerator use. Use of inappropriate salt or other substances may damage the grinding mechanism or other components and may void warranty coverage for resulting damage.

4. General Wellness Product

HaloTherapyPRO® products are intended for general wellness and relaxation purposes. HaloTherapyPRO® products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Information provided on HaloTherapyPRO.com or in other materials is provided for general informational purposes and should not be considered medical advice. If you have questions about whether dry salt therapy is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Individual experiences may vary.

5. Product Performance

Product performance may vary depending on room size, room configuration, ventilation, airflow, operating settings, maintenance, salt characteristics, and environmental conditions. Any stated room coverage represents recommended operating coverage under appropriate conditions and is not a guarantee that every environment will produce identical results.

6. Installation and Placement

HaloTherapyPRO® products must be placed or installed according to the instructions provided with the product. Customers are responsible for ensuring that shelves, wall mounts, surfaces, electrical outlets, and other installation locations are appropriate and capable of safely supporting the product. HaloTherapyPRO is not responsible for damage caused by improper mounting, installation, placement, modification, or use of unauthorized mounting hardware.

7. One-Year Limited Warranty

HaloTherapyPRO® halogenerators include a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use, beginning on the original date of purchase. Warranty coverage applies only when the product has been operated, cleaned, maintained, and stored according to HaloTherapyPRO instructions.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Improper use, misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Failure to follow operating or environmental requirements
• Water, steam, condensation, or moisture exposure
• Improper salt or unauthorized materials
• Failure to perform required cleaning or maintenance
• Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair
• Improper installation or mounting
• Accidental or physical damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Use inconsistent with the provided instructions

HaloTherapyPRO may require photographs, videos, troubleshooting, proof of purchase, or return of the product before approving warranty service. Warranty remedies may include repair, replacement of a component, replacement of the product, or another appropriate remedy at HaloTherapyPRO's discretion, subject to applicable law.

8. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, HaloTherapyPRO does not accept returns once an order has shipped. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Support@HaloTherapyPRO.com within 7 days of delivery and HaloTherapyPRO will repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue under Section 7 (One-Year Limited Warranty). The Return Policy displayed on HaloTherapyPRO.com at the time of purchase forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. HaloTherapyPRO reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order due to pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.

10. Pricing and Availability

Prices, promotions, specifications, product availability, accessories, and product designs may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate. However, typographical errors, pricing errors, technical inaccuracies, or omissions may occasionally occur.

11. Shipping

Shipping estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise. HaloTherapyPRO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs authorities, incorrect addresses supplied by customers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

12. International Orders

International customers are responsible for determining whether products may legally be imported and used in their country or region. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs-clearance fees, and any other fees assessed by the destination country, customs authority, or carrier. These charges are separate from the product purchase price and shipping charges collected by HaloTherapyPRO and are not prepaid or included.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HaloTherapyPRO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, installation, operation, misuse, or inability to use a HaloTherapyPRO® product. Customers are responsible for using products according to the provided instructions and maintaining appropriate operating conditions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Intellectual Property

The HaloTherapyPRO® name, branding, logos, product materials, photographs, graphics, written content, instructions, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to HaloTherapyPRO and may be protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws. These materials may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used commercially without authorization.

15. Website Use

You agree not to misuse HaloTherapyPRO.com, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, or use website content for unlawful purposes. We may restrict or terminate access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, systems, or legal rights.

16. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party payment processors, shipping providers, marketplaces, websites, or other services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. HaloTherapyPRO is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

17. Changes to These Terms

18. Severability
